My first session was far better than I anticipated. As a 55 year young man making the decision to having this procedure took a lot to prepare myself to do so. Of course, I did my research and decided to choose Damian. He made a nervous situation very comforting. He took the time to answer all 50 plus questions I had or could even think of asking. The environment was professional and clean. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout the hour in a half procedure. But most importantly he listened to what my preference was based on the look I requested and wanted. And then the magic happened! The first session looks great! I can't imagine how good its going to look after the recommended next two sessions.  Thank you Damian!

It’s been one month since my hair transplant at Maxim Charlotte, and I’m very pleased with the experience. Elyse was exceptional in managing the scheduling and providing support throughout the process. Dr. Gus demonstrated great skill and professionalism during the procedure. My recovery has been smooth, and I’m optimistic about the continued progress and results.

I attempted the procedure with another company in VA around my edges and did not have good results,because I’ve learned that they do not understand black hair, so my confidence was low and if I were to do it again, I had to choose a more reputable company. I did my research on Maxim before reaching out to schedule a consult.meeting with Elyse, she was very welcoming and honest about the possible best route for me. Fast forward to my procedure approaching, Dr Diaz reached out with questions to also ensure this was something that would work for me( green flag because it didn’t seem like a money grab). Procedure day Dr Diaz, Candace and Aliyah were very professional and knowledgeable about what I should expect! They even help to  keep me calm when I became a bit anxious. So far I’m healing great and looking forward to the results. I can already feel my confidence peeping back through 😊

Dr. Diaz achieved amazing results for me with about 2,800 grafts.  Elyse handled consult, communication, and support and was always professional and courteous.  I felt truly cared for throughout the whole process including post-care follow-up.  I highly recommend after seeing amazing results after 4.5 months.

I recently had a procedure done at MAXIM Hair Restoration in Charlotte, and I cannot express how grateful and impressed I am with the entire experience.

From the moment I began communicating with the staff, they were incredibly supportive and accommodating, even when we encountered some technical hiccups during a virtual appointment due to camera issues. I drove over 4.5 hours from Hubert, NC, knowing I’d need a chaperone due to the medication involved in the procedure.

Elyse Garis went above and beyond. She arranged a hotel for me in advance, personally drove me there, and even stopped to get me food before dropping me off, understanding that I wouldn’t want to leave the room post-procedure with a bandaged head, swollen face, and some bleeding. That level of compassion and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated.

Dr. Diaz performed the procedure with absolute skill and professionalism. Not only was the work exceptional, but he also stayed in contact with me through every phase of the healing process, checking in and ensuring my recovery was smooth.

Choosing MAXIM Hair Restoration for this long-awaited upgrade to my patchy mustache and beard was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Diaz, Elyse, and the entire team: Thank you for treating me like more than a patient. You treated me like family.

Dr.Diaz is very patient and friendly. He has a very nice staff. Eylse (one of his staff members) offered to drive me home after my procedure. The doctor gives his patients his cell if they have a question, and he responds that day. The care at Maxim Hair Restoration has been very professional so far. I haven't seen my results yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the result in the next 12 months.

My entire process with Restore has been phenomenal.  First, the entire staff treats their patients with the best care and kindness that I have received anywhere.  They are sincere and fully attentive throughout the entire process.  I am a public school teacher and therefore needed to be sure to go with the most trust worthy company to be sure my investment paid off.

First, it was far more affordable than I was expecting, and second even though I would be perfectly fine if I could not save my hair, the fact it’s an investment that will give me confidence to be at my best for a life time is well worth it.  From the initial visit at Restore, I felt comfortable and confident as the staff transparently provided me with all the information and were super easy to talk with. The method in which they fairly and accurately estimate and count your grafts stands out in the industry as the gold standard for FUE.

The day of the procedure went smoothly, they kindly followed up with me during the following year, and made sure as they promised I was 100 percent satisfied.  While a lot of companies make that 100 percent satisfaction guarantee as just a selling point with lots of hidden red tape, Restore sincerely means it as they genuinely care that you’re completely happy.

Again the entire process has been super easy and successful, and I would confidently recommend Restore in Charlotte to anyone who might be on the fence about getting a FUE. They will take complete care of you with first class, sincere care.

Dr Marco and team at Charlotte office were great. They made sure I was comfortable all the time, I had breaks as and when needed, lunch was great. When people ask me how I felt, was I nervous, did it hurt? I don’t know about other places but with this team it felt no different than an 8 hour long haircut. No issues post op, pain management was great didn’t take a single pain pill that was prescribed. Recovery has been great and I have had two follow up calls in 7 days from their office. I did 2700 grafts on 2/1/24. Today is 8/4/24 and I am extremely excited about my results. My barber says she has never seen a better transplant and she would never had known if I hadn’t told her. It looks so natural. I would tell anyone considering getting it done. Don’t wait until you are bald. I was thinning quickly and it wasn’t going to get better. So I made the decision and it was easier and cheaper than if I had waited longer.
